Frequently Asked Questions about booking our Site Safety Training

What time does my skills-specific or construction health and safety training begin?

We will email you with all the details you need when you book one of our construction health and safety training courses, including the start and finish times

What should I bring with me?

Please bring a current and valid form of ID to your booking, so that we may verify and register your attendance. Some courses may also need you to bring your own equipment, such as hardhats or tools, or specific reading materials. This will be confirmed once you make a booking.

How will I gain access to my online site safety training?

We will email you a link within 2 days of you booking the course. If you do not receive the link, please contact us at enquiries@trainingeap.co.uk or 0330 175 7185.

What time should I arrive at the training centre?

We advise that you arrive at least half an hour before your course begins, ensuring there is plenty of time for us to book you in.

Can I rearrange my booking?

We may be able to accommodate you if you are not able to make you booking, depending on how much notice you are able to provide us with. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will attempt to rearrange your training.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can, although please advise that only a partial refund of your booking may be available depending on the amount of notice you are able to provide us with. Please advise us of your cancellation as soon as possible.
